When will my order Ship?

We typically process and ship candle orders within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take a bit longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your Exchange Policy?

At Marzetti’s Candles, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer exchanges due to the handmade nature of our candles, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
